- Custom products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded except in cases of manufacturing defects or damage during shipping
- Minor variations in wood grain, color, and finish are natural characteristics and not considered defects
- All specifications, dimensions, materials, and design elements must be approved by you before production begins

- All measurements, materials, and product descriptions are provided to the best of our ability
- Colors may vary slightly from photos due to monitor settings and natural material variations
- Standard accessories included with each table are clearly listed in the product description
- Optional accessories, delivery, and setup services are available for additional fees as specified
3. Production Timeline and Delivery
- Production Time: Custom poker tables require 6-10 weeks for production after payment is received and specifications are approved. Shipping time is additional and varies by location.
- Delivery Delays: Production timelines are estimates. Delays may occur due to material availability, weather, shipping issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you promptly of any significant delays.
- Customer Acknowledgment Required: By placing your order, you acknowledge and accept these production timeframes.
4. Payment Terms
- Payment in full is required before production begins
- Production will not commence until full payment is received and processed
- Payment plans may be available for orders over $5,000 - contact us for details prior to ordering
- All payments are processed securely through PayPal or approved payment processors
5. Inspection and Acceptance Period
- Inspection Requirement: You have 48 hours from delivery to inspect your table and report any damage or defects in writing with photographic evidence.
- Acceptance: If no issues are reported within 48 hours of delivery, the table will be considered accepted in good condition.
- Damage Claims: Any shipping damage or manufacturing defects must be reported immediately with photos. Failure to report issues within 48 hours may void your ability to claim damages.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Before Production Begins: Orders may be cancelled for a full refund minus a 20% processing fee if cancelled within 48 hours of payment and before production begins.
- After Production Begins: Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled. All payments are non-refundable due to the custom nature of the product.
- Defective Products: We will repair or replace any table with manufacturing defects at no cost to you.
7. Dispute Resolution
- Direct Communication Required: Before filing any dispute with PayPal, credit card companies, or other payment processors, you agree to:
- Contact us directly in writing to describe the issue
- Provide us with 14 business days to investigate and respond
- Work with us in good faith to resolve any concerns
- Dispute Prevention: Most issues can be resolved through direct communication. Filing disputes without first contacting us may delay resolution and limit our ability to provide the best customer service.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Our liability is limited to the purchase price of your table
- We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- We are not liable for delays caused by shipping companies, material suppliers, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.) may cause delays without liability
9. Customer Responsibilities
By placing an order, you confirm that you:
- Have carefully reviewed all product specifications and dimensions
- Understand this is a custom product with associated timelines
- Have measured your space to ensure the table will fit
- Agree to inspect the product promptly upon delivery
- Will communicate directly with us regarding any concerns before filing disputes
